Used 15 liter Haagen & Rinau planetary mixer, type SRT-15 Unimix, stainless steel construction, with .37 kw double motion planetary mixer with planetary blade and side wall scrapper blade, mechanical variable speed, 4 kw bottom mounted emulsifier blade with mechanical seal, vfd motor controller, rated -1/+3 bar at 143 c internal, jacketed for 4 bar at 151 c, hydraulic top cover lift with pump, manual bowl tilt, with controls, serial# 8053486, built 1984.
