These machines are used to form, fill, and seal packaging materials, ensuring the protection, preservation, and presentation of products.
Blister machines are primarily used for creating blister packs, which consist of a cavity or pocket made from a formable web material, typically plastic, and a backing material, such as paperboard or aluminum foil. The machine forms the cavities, fills them with the product, and seals the backing material to create a secure and tamper-proof package. Blister packs are commonly used for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer goods.
Thermoformer machines, on the other hand, are versatile packaging machines that can create a wide range of packaging solutions. They use heat to soften a plastic sheet, which is then formed into the desired shape using a mold. The machine can create trays, clamshells, cups, and other packaging formats. Thermoforming is commonly used for food packaging, electronics, and industrial products.
Both blister and thermoformer machines offer high-speed production capabilities, ensuring efficient packaging processes. They can be fully automated, reducing labor costs and increasing productivity. These machines also provide precise control over the packaging process, ensuring consistent quality and accuracy.
